Framework agreement for property planning Framework contract for property planning (architecture) for all existing renovations/conversions of the existing buildings on the grounds of the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) from a project volume of EUR 1.5 million net Costs during the up to 4-year term of the framework agreements (2-year fixed term + 2-year extension option). Some of the individual orders awarded under the framework contract cover all HOAI service phases. In some cases, an order is only given late performance phases LPH 5-8 (starting with implementation planning). A phased commissioning is planned, whereby the optional phased commissioning can be carried out in whole or in part. The framework agreement is intended to provide 3 Framework contract partners are bound. The individual contracts for property planning (architecture) are awarded in mini-competitions in accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 5 VgV between the framework contract partners.
