Framework agreement for the procurement of hardware, software, accessories

The city of Plauen is planning to conclude a framework agreement for the procurement of product-specific hardware and softwaree as well as accessories from the manufacturer Lenovo for the device classes desktop PC, desktop workstations, notebooks, mobile workstations, convertibles and tablets, displays, servers and storage as well as software and services.

Any accessories and necessary retrofits are always part of the individuallnen device classes. Deliveries within the framework contract are made by individual or collective call-offs. Installation, assembly and configuration are largely carried out by the city of Plauen itself or through separate service calls or orders, which also include other IT servicesen can be carried out.

If individual products or series are "discontinued" within the contract term, the corresponding successor products will replace the discontinued products or series.
