Tender Details

The Charite - Universitatsmedizin Berlin, Chariteplatz 1, 10117 Berlin is tendering for the service to advise on the clinical-technical work in the project before and during the implementation of the hospital information system (KIS):

a)Professional advice and methodological support Further development of the provider-independent target core processes into provider-specific processes and subsequent implementation.

b) Enablement of defined project team members to independently apply the conceptual and methodological approaches of clinical process management (e.g. through appropriate training measures)

c)Advising and empowering the project team to assess and achieve the readiness of the organization, particularly the clinical areas for implementation

d) Technical advice and support in establishing decentralized decision-making operational level including the necessary communication and moderation in advance at various hierarchical levels up to the Charite board
