A framework contract for the delivery of food is advertised. The term is initially one year, the contract can be extended up to three times one year, so that the maximum term is 4 years. In the last regular year 2024, total sales of approx. 5, 430, 000.00 € generated. This total turnover is only a guideline. The deliveries are carried out on the individual order of the EGL participants to the respective main or branches of the facilities, which result from the "delivery points" list. The delivery services are separate and documented for the individual facilities. Collection calculations must be provided on request. More details are regulated in the special contractual terms (BVB). The AG attaches great importance Compliance with the hygienic standards and cooling chains for food deliveries. Therefore, the AG will visit the bidders' operation before the surcharge. After opening up the offers, we coordinate appointments and make 3 proposals for a visit to the bidders. The AG retains also to visit the operation of the subsidized bidder at regular intervals during the contract period. Orders must be made possible via an electronic order system (web shop) to be set by the bidder, which is available via the AG's common hardware components (PC) must be usable without special knowledge.
