Lot 1 Lot 2 Lot 3 The subject of the tender is the implementation of maintenance and repair services on heating systems in several of the client's properties. The systems include gas and oil heating systems as well as district and local heating stations. The The scope of services includes, in particular, regular maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and the implementation of necessary repair measures to ensure the operational and functional safety of the systems. The overall portfolio will be in 3 lots divided. The number of systems to be managed per lot can change over the course of the contract. Currently Lot 1 - 46 heating systems, Lot 2 - 61 heating systems and Lot 3 - 33 heating systems. Lot 1 includes 46 heating systems. Lot 2 includes 61 heating systems.
