Framework agreement for main construction services/all BVG departments
The framework agreement in question covers the entire range of services for regular maintenance work, small repairs and troubleshooting/repairing accidents on allBVG departments, including subway stations, subway systems, break centers, tram, bus and infrastructure departments, workshops and bus and tram terminals in the urban area of Berlin. The range of services is divided into the trades of safety and construction site equipment, Earthworks and road construction work, screed work, masonry work, concrete work, plastering and drywall work, floor covering work, sealing and joint work and demolition work are presented as main construction services.
On the one hand, this involves regular maintenance work, but on the other hand, aalso about quick, short-term repairs in the public, passenger-relevant and safety-related areas of the BVG systems. As a result, only part of the required work can be planned. Disaster clearance may be required at any time of the day or night, seven days a weekearth. In order to guarantee short-term repairs of spontaneously occurring damage, availability must be maintained for periods specified by the client.
