The district of Cochem-Zell intends to gradually expand or modernize the local siren network together with the connected associations. For this purpose, a framework agreement is to be concluded from which the associations of the district of Cochem-Zell, for their respective siren locations (see "Appendix 3 locations sirens"). The subject of tender is a framework contract for the delivery, assembly and commissioning of electronic siren systems as well as the optionally required side services in accordance with a list of servicesPrice binding over the duration and implementation of the framework contract. The expansion should be gradually carried out in 2025 over the total period of 4 years after the order allocation.
