HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH (HOWOGE) is one of the six municipal housing companies in the state of Berlin. The core element of the corporate strategy is the social mission. Because a housing association is not only responsible for its own Tenants: inside, but for the entire city. With its own housing stock of around 82, 200 apartments, the company is one of the largest landlords in Germany. HOWOGE runs its own subsidiary HOWOGE, which was founded at the beginning of 2023 Cleaning GmbH (hereinafter referred to as HOWOGE Cleaning) has been providing building cleaning services in part of the parent company since July 1, 2023. The service provided by HOWOGE cleaning includes regular maintenance and basic cleaning of HOWOGE Inventories and the operation of our own laundries. The personal contribution should be offered in a socially acceptable, sustainable and economically high quality.
