Tender Details

The DeZIM Institute would like to safely store several backup tapes as soon as possible and in this context commission a delivery and collection service. The aim is to conclude a two-year framework agreement with the option of two one-year extensions. Service descriptionexercise Permanent storage of four to six backup tapes in a secure and suitable location (protection from water, fire, gases, explosion, dust, light, theft, list not exhaustive).Important requirement: storage must be within Berlin.The Storage of the datastorage must take place in an ECB S-certified IT security room, in an alarm-secured area with a regulated access control system. The data storage media must be marked by the provider in such a way that conclusions about the owner are impossible. Monthly regular delivery and collectionoil service of the backup tapes, at a previously agreed time and collection location. Provision of the transport container by the provider. Recording of collection and storage. In exceptional cases: return of all or individual tapes as quickly as possible, if necessary - even outside of the normalpaint business hours (e.g. weekends / after 6 p.m.). Creation of identification cards for the exchange of data carriers.
