The subject of this over-the-limit public order is the execution of project works (hereinafter also "PD"), engineering activities (hereinafter also "IČ"), the performance of author supervision (hereinafter also "AD") and cooperation in the selection of the contractor for the construction plans listed below:
Revitalization of the H. Lumpe zoo
Revitalization of the gastro business Savannah
The contracting authority informs that both parts of the Public Contract are co-financed from the financial support provided by the Just Transformation Operational Program, through the projects:
a) Revitalization of the H. Lumpe zoo, No. OPST_VS_000009/24,
b) Revitalization of the Savana restaurant business, No. OPST_VS_000008/24.
The subject of this part of the Public Contract is the processing of project documentation and related activities related to the processing of the proposal for reconstruction, building modifications and extension of the free-standing two-story building of the H. Lumpe Zoo, which is currently used as changing rooms for zoo employees and as an educational and conference space that no longer meets the required necessary standards. The use of the building in its designed state will significantly improve the premises of the zoo for education and training, there will be a necessary increase in the storage space for educational objects and equipment and, last but not least, the extension of the building to include garages for learning co-train The building will be supplemented with exterior teaching spaces. Part of the solution are the immediately connected reinforced areas and structures. The layout and operational solution is solved within the design in accordance with hygiene standards (light, climate, etc.) and contemporary standards requirements.
