Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of § 131 et seq. of the law. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years, or until the financial limit of CZK 7, 000, 000 excluding VAT is exhausted, whichever occurs first (hereinafter also referred to as "framework agreement"). The framework agreement will be concluded between the aforementioned contracting authority and one participant in the procurement procedure. Individual public contracts will be awarded on the basis of the framework agreement in a procedure without the renewal of competition between the participants of the framework agreement according to § 134 paragraph 1 of the law. In accordance with the provisions of § 132, paragraph 4 of the Act, all conditions for the performance of a public contract (i.e. including the procedure for awarding individual public contracts on the basis of a framework agreement) are contained in the framework agreement, the binding content of which is Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation - "Draft Framework Agreement" (hereinafter also referred to as "Draft Framework Agreement"). The subject of the performance of the public contract is the repair of defects in the surface treatment of wooden windows, the performance of comprehensive servicing of wooden windows, the performance of repairs and replacement of door thresholds and others carpentry work in the building of the CNB headquarters, Plodinová burza and Hypšman's extension. Conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of § 131 et seq. of the Act will allow the contracting authority to award public contracts for agreed performance according to its current needs.
