DVZ data processing center Mecklenburg-Vorpommern GmbH (client) intends to conclude two framework agreements based on EVB-IT service contracts (long version) to compensate for a lack of human resources. For those to be retrieved These are services ■ IT services (lots 1 and 2), ■ IT work services (Lot 1) as well ■ Optional for the bidder IT services through temporary employment (Lot 1) as part of upcoming IT projects, projects and programs as well as IT training on the topics of e-files, DOMEA and scanning solutions based on Kofax Total Agility, which the client implements for itself or as an IT service provider for the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania for its customers in the state administration (requirements). The Services are divided into the following lots: ■ Lot 1: Digital accessibility ■ Lot 2: Training on e-files, DOMEA and scanning solutions As part of the digitalization of the administration in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (M-V) and other upcoming IT projects, -Projects and programs in M-V and to ensure the timely and needs-based provision of services requires external support in the area of accessibility.
