The service to be awarded includes the sale of various fuels for the operation of combustion engines in the city of Leverkusen under a framework contract, whereby the sale must be carried out using a fuel card or transponder system has. The client points out that the respective client does not enter into any obligation to accept the above-mentioned individual orders, which can be accessed on the basis of the framework agreement.
