According to Section 9 Paragraph 3 of the Brandenburg Roads Act, the city of Wittstock/Dosse is responsible for the construction of the municipal roads in the city area and is therefore also responsible for winter service on these roads. The implementation of winter service is in accordance with Section 49a Paragraph 4 of the Brandenburg Road Act is regulated by statute. The execution of the winter services should be awarded in two lots to one or two suitable service companies within the framework of the present procurement procedure.
