The main objective of this framework agreement is to preserve local wildlife by implementing developments favorable to biodiversity, in the territory of the municipalities of the Plaines de l'Escaut Natural Park. These interventions will aim to promote the presence of local species by improving the ecological quality of their habitats. They include the creation and maintenance of natural spaces and the implementation of developments favorable to cave fauna. The expected developments must be of an exemplary nature and contribute to their appropriation by the general public, in particular by their visibility, their landscape integration and their educational potential. Certain requested interventions, as described in the technical clauses, are innovative or experimental: the contractor must be able to implement them in accordance with the requirements.
