For the conception, creation of the questionnaire & implementation of the tenant survey Years 2025 - including 2027 (evaluation period until mid -2028), Munich Wohnen is looking for an independent consulting company. With this we want to conclude a contract for this period. TheAdvice companies should have experiences in the conception and implementation of tenant surveys. Experiences i.d. Housing management & i.d. Cooperation with municipal housing companies are essential & should also enable a national comparison.
The process to be performedis based on five steps that build on one another:
1st concept of questionnaires & verification of existing e-mail addresses
2. Tenant survey (period to the end of December)
3rd appearance of the survey results in an online software
4. Evaluation & analysis of the results with presentation
5. Workshopsfor the MW employees, derivation of specific measures & controlling d. Implementation success
