The tax and tax law advice includes the preparation of annual company tax returns and ad hoc tax advice. The order is intended to ensure the fulfillment of tax declaration obligations and die ongoing advice on tax matters can be guaranteed. These are services that do not necessarily have to be carried out by auditing companies (WP companies) and are therefore not subject to the requirements of the WPO. It comes within the framework of equalityThe regulations stated in the tender therefore apply primarily. For WP companies, the general terms and conditions of engagement for auditors and auditing firms and/or regulations of the WPO apply subordinately to the tender conditions and only ffor such regulations that place the client at least equally or better.
