The Stendal district intends to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery of office supplies with several, maximum three, companies (bidders).
The framework agreement will be implemented in 2 stages:
In the first stage, companies are selected that are fundamentally suitable to take over the supply of office supplies for the administration of the Stendal district and who accept the conditions described in more detail in the tender documents. The Stendal district concludes a framework agreement with a maximum of three of these selected companies (bidders). The selection of the 3 companies (bidders) with which a framework agreement is concluded is based on the offer for the contract year 2027 (performance year January 1st to December 31st, 2027). The framework agreement is concluded with the 3 most economical bidders based on this offer (award criterion 100% price). closed for the period January 1st, 2027 to December 31st, 2030 (1st stage).
At the same time, the most economical of these offers (award criterion 100% price) the surcharge (2nd stage) for the delivery period January 1st, 2027 to December 31st, 2027 (delivery order performance year 2027). The prices of the offer are binding for the delivery period from January 1st, 2027 to December 31st, 2027 of the contract term of the framework agreement.
For the following contract years (2028 to 2030), an annual price inquiry will be made in the second stage with the companies with which a framework agreement was concluded in the first stage carried out. From these offers in the price query, the most economical offer (award criterion 100% price) is then determined and the contract (delivery order) is then awarded for the respective performance year (January 1st to December 31st). Based on the delivery order, the client will then: specific individual orders are triggered.
