Framework agreement for the supply of office supplies and copy paper Framework agreement for the supply of ink and toner Framework agreement for the delivery of office supplies, copy paper and ink/toner for the period January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2029 in two lots The subject of the tender is a framework agreement for the supply of: 1. Office supplies/paper (Lot 1 - (Cost center delivery)) and 2. Ink/Toner (Lot 2 - (Delivery also possible by post)) for the period January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2029 in two lots with the option to extend the term of the framework agreement twice by 12 months each (i.e. until December 31, 2029 at the latest), if not no later than six months before the respective contract expiry by one of the contractual partners termination is declared in writing. Within a trial period of six months from the start of the contract, the contract can be terminated by both contractual partners without giving reasons with a notice period of 4 weeks to the end of the month. The contractor takes over the delivery of items according to the requirements lists (Lot 1 and Lot 2) for the authorized purchasers listed in Appendix 1. The requirements lists (lots) can be expanded at any time during the contract term.
