Weekly delivery of liquid helium in the contractor's cans. Framework agreement for the supply of liquid helium The subject of the framework agreement is the secure supply of two locations Refrigerant supply at the Physics Department at the Free University of Berlin "Helium liquid". The Ensuring adequate and economical supply is an absolute priority for the AG. The contractor must always stock up with a sufficient amount of helium so that he can deliver as required at any time, also if the AG experiences unplanned additional demand or there are bottlenecks on the global market. The aim of the framework agreement is to define the basic services and conditions as well as the mutual rights and obligations of the client and the of the contractor for the contractual relationship and for the resulting deliveries.
