Framework agreement for sewage sludge disposal The subject of the order is the acceptance, transport, any necessary interim storage as well as the proper and legally compliant utilization or disposal of stabilized sewage sludge from the Wastewater treatment at the Zarrentin sewage treatment plant. The contract term is initially two years from January 1st, 2027 to December 31st, 2028. The contract can be extended twice for a further year by mutual agreement of the contracting parties, so that the maximum contract term is four years. The service includes in particular the provision of interchangeable semi-trailers, the acceptance of the sewage sludge at the sewage treatment plant, the transport to approved recycling or disposal facilities as well as the fulfillment all necessary proof and documentation obligations in accordance with the applicable waste regulations. Recycling and disposal must be carried out throughout the entire contract period in compliance with the relevant legal, technical and to ensure environmental legal requirements. The expected annual volume is approximately 2, 500 t of stabilized sewage sludge with a solids content of usually 18% ± 2%.
