This assignment concerns a framework agreement for the maintenance or repair of roads for 2 years. The works are always carried out on demand during the entire term of this agreement. On the one hand, the bill of quantities contains items for implementation of expressly named streets that need to be maintained and, on the other hand, posts that are intended for the maintenance of streets that have not (yet) been specified. In this way, Kasterlee wants to be able to outsource maintenance work flexibly and efficiently within the needs and budgetary possibilities in the recently drawn up new multi-year plan. Kasterlee wishes to tackle the following named streets: In 2026: - Geelsebaan - Pastoor Dergentstraat - Bushagen - Area Breemakkers, Liezendries, Laurierstraat and Langendries - Various small local asphalt works in 1 bundled call: Kanters, Reties Heiken, Isschot, Zaardenstraat/Geelsebaan, Tielensteenweg 10, Coolsweg. In 2027: - Bloemenwijk - Schorredonken The above timing is indicative and can be be deviated from. Kasterlee has the freedom to decide whether or not to make calls (named and/or unnamed streets) from this framework agreement, also taking into account the annually changing budgetary options and the condition of the roads.
