Tender Details

The aim of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the retrieval of switches and routers for the Bayerischer Rundfunk's DAB transmitter network. The term of the framework agreement is 24 months (basic term). The framework agreement is automatically extended by 12 months each time unless the client terminates this framework agreement 6 months before it expires. The framework agreement ends automatically after 48 months without the need for termination. The maximum purchase volume of the four-year total term corresponds to the monetary value offered for 115 routers and switches of different types in accordance with "Service description - commercial part", Chapter 2.3. Framework agreement for the retrieval of network components for the BR distribution network 2 router models and 2 switch models including power supplies and support contract according to “Service description - technical part” and in accordance with the conditions of the "Specification of Work - Commercial Part".
