Framework agreement for the renovation of empty apartments WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin Mitte mbH (hereinafter WBM) intends to optimize the renovation of empty apartments. The optimization of the previous model sees a newly structured one Catalog of services that frees both WBM as the client and the contractors from process-inhibiting detailed mass recording. The services are defined on the basis of standardized individual measures, which are put together on a room or package basis be placed and retrieved. The plan is to involve 3 contractors per lot (3 regional lots), who as general contractors (GC) will provide all partial services for the completion of the requested measures in-house and/or externally on time provide. The total inventory of all lots includes approximately 34, 500 residential units, with a relatively equal distribution per lot. The inventory has a strong focus on 2 and 3 room apartments (over 30% share in all lots). The maximum limit for the complete Output amounts to EUR 60 million net, of which EUR 16.5 million net for lot, EUR 28 million net for lot 2 and EUR 15.5 million net for lot 3.
