The aim of the award procedure in question is to award a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 21 VgV for purchasing services for clinical pharmacies in the pharmaceutical sector to a suitable and efficient company on a long-term basis Cooperation partner (so-called one-partner framework agreement). Framework agreement for purchasing services for clinical pharmacies in the pharmaceutical sector 12 hospital operators with 26 locations and around 7, 400 have applied for the award procedure inpatient beds and their associated facilities have joined forces and intend to award a joint contract by concluding a framework agreement for purchasing services for clinical pharmacies in the pharmaceutical sector with a company Contractor (“procurement project”). The preparation, conception and implementation of the procurement project in question is coordinated by Klinik-Kompetenz-Bayern eG (“KKB”) for the above clients. The KKB is voluntary Association, which currently includes a total of 32 providers with 61 high-performance municipal and non-profit clinics as well as medical care centers (“members”) in the Free State of Bavaria. The members of the KKB are currently providing support around 13, 000 acute inpatient beds with a total of around 1.6 million patients per year.
