LOT 1 fresh poultry meat LOT 2 frozen poultry meat Framework agreement for the purchase of poultry meat (fresh/frozen) and the supply to the university catering facilities Framework agreement with a contractor for the purchase of poultry meat fresh and supplying the university catering facilities in Regensburg, Passau, Deggendorf, Landshut, Straubing and Pfarrkirchen. When delivering, the specified unloading points for each office and their acceptance times must be observed. All The products offered must be permanently available during the contract term and deliverable within a maximum of 3 working days. The only exception is if a product is discontinued by the manufacturer. In this case, the contractor must immediately and offer a comparable replacement item without being asked. Acceptance of the products listed in the list of services takes place in partial calls.
