Framework agreement for the purchase of consumables PURPOSE AND SCOPE The municipality of Oslo, at the Development and Skills Agency, department for purchasing services, must enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of consumables within the product areas of cleaning, drying and hygiene, kitchen and catering as well as office and school. The procurement is carried out on behalf of cooperating businesses in addition to Oslo municipality. The joint purchase agreement has a total annual estimated value of NOK 180 million per year for Oslo municipality and the partners, a total of NOK 720 million for the whole the agreement period. The client points out that the estimates are based on previous consumption. The estimates are indicative only and do not imply any obligation for the Client. This framework agreement is valid up to a maximum value of NOK 1, 100 MNOK for everyone covered businesses.
