The main location is Ørland air station. The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover Forsvarsbyggs need for services in connection with operation, maintenance and new acquisitions of pipe engineering facilities in the Ørland area. The assignment is described in more detail in the tender documents, part III. The framework agreement must be a parallel framework agreement with up to 3 suppliers. Call off are initially awarded according to the waterfall principle, but calls with an estimated value exceeding NOK 500, 000 excl. VAT awarded after a reopening of the competition (mini-competition).
