The provincial government has chosen to use the Mendix development environment from the Siemens company for the development of a specific web application. The provincial government now wishes to outsource the management of Mendix licenses through a separate entity agreement so that additional licenses can be purchased if necessary. Both to increase the number of users of the existing application and to purchase additional licenses for new applications. There exists In addition, there is also the possibility that the provincial government decides to develop new applications and/or expand the existing application within the Mendix environment.
