BAC wishes to enter into a new agreement with a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) to design, implement and operationally manage an advanced Security Operations Center (SOC) capability. The SOC will monitor the cybersecurity operations of Supporting BAC through continuous monitoring, threat detection and analysis, incident response and threat intelligence integration. In addition, efforts are made to continuously improve detection and automation capabilities, as well as knowledge sharing with the internal teams. The solution must be scalable and cost-efficient, integrated with existing systems (such as ServiceNow), and must provide sufficient transparency and flexibility to further expand monitoring capacity in the future. Mandatory options: Tailor-made threat intelligence services tailored to BAC's cybersecurity needs, which will be included as a mandatory optional service and whose annual price will also be included in the financial award criteria.
