Tender Details

The Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft is a municipal housing company with a portfolio of around 37, 000 apartments. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of moving and transport services for tenant households in the city Leipzig to be awarded. The subject of the framework agreement is in particular: - Complete moves (flat-rate services) for 1 to 3-room apartments including organization, on-site inspection, clearance, transport as well as furniture dismantling and assembly; - Partial moves and Individual services in connection with renovation measures; - Transport, packaging and additional services including provision of moving materials; - Connection services for standard household devices by qualified personnel; - Storage of Moving goods and disposal services. The services are accessed based on need. There is no entitlement to a specific order volume. Remuneration is based on flat-rate and standard prices offered for services actually provided Services. The framework agreement is concluded with two economic operators. The services are commissioned according to the cascade principle, in which the first-placed contractor is given priority and the second-placed contractor is given priority capacity bottlenecks or prevention is used.
