Framework agreement for the procurement of Microsoft licenses through a Licensing Solution Partner (LSP)/Enterprise Software Advisor (ESA) The Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH (hereinafter referred to as AG) intends to do so within the framework of this award procedure the conclusion of a framework agreement for the procurement of the software licenses from the manufacturer Microsoft with and without Software Assurance (SA) described in the service description and the other tender documents, as well as, if necessary, services in connection with the acquisition and administration of these licenses are based on the agreement currently concluded between the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI), and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited valid “Microsoft Business and Service Agreement” No. U5223585, (so-called “MBSA”) and the “Group Agreement” (so-called “Enterprise Agreement”, with contract numbers No. 4785551 for Platform and No. 5249528 for Components - Enterprise Agreement and MBSA together “Conditions contracts”). The client has the right to join the BMI's terms and conditions agreements.
