Framework agreement for printing environment Framework agreement for printing environment The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for the delivery, implementation and operation of a printing environment on the premises of the client's shareholders AOK Bayern and AOK PLUS. The subject of the service essentially includes: - the conception, - the delivery of the multifunctional devices (purchase), - the implementation of the software (purchase and/or rental), - the operational operation and administration as well as - the Patch management - a holistic enterprise printing environment. Achieving this goal is ensured by the following service pillars: Enterprise Print Management (EPM): The EPM forms the central instance for the entire software side Processing, control and monitoring of the printing processes. It ensures that all printing processes can be carried out reliably, efficiently and securely at all times. At the same time, it serves as the basis for the central administration and monitoring of the entire Infrastructure. Multifunction Devices (MFG): This area describes the multifunction devices to be deployed that serve as endpoints for document processing and daily office operations. Furthermore, this area regulates that Consumables management, maintenance & support and the IMAC services.
