In order to revitalize the housing market and thereby eliminate problem properties and surplus housing, the city of Gelsenkirchen and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia have developed the “Future Partnership for Housing”. Problem properties in particular should be included will be purchased and dismantled in the next ten years.
