Berlin Partner plans to procure national -and international forwarding services for the transport of exhibition and consumables as part of trade fairs/trade fair presentations, usually departing from Berlin, delivery to the destination of the trade fair/trade fair presentation, organized by Berlin Partner fuer Wirtschaft und Technologie GmbH.
Framework agreementng Picking of trade fair materials and trade fair transport
The framework contract covers the entire supply chain from Berlin to the destination, including all formalities, and in particular includes the following services: 1) Registration and clearance of customs matters for transport outside the EU. 2) Packaging of the material to be transported in the warehouse of the contracted shipping company. 3) Temporary interim storage of the material in the shipping company's warehouse for a maximum of 5 working days 4) before and after transport. 5) If necessary, collection of the material from Berlin Partner's location 6) Round-trip transportPort of the material by land, sea or air as required.
