GAC_2026_03935 - 1 The city of Antwerp has an extensive portfolio of civil structures that are (shared) owned and managed by the city. This concerns bridges, pedestrian and cycle bridges, quay walls, canopies, tunnels, pontoons, jetties, moats and other works of art. The Urban Development business unit is responsible for the management and maintenance of this complex infrastructure. This assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the periodic cleaning of various civil structures owned and/or managed by the city of Antwerp. The aim of the assignment is to guarantee the functionality, safety, sustainability and aesthetic quality of this infrastructure. On the one hand, the assignment includes: periodic cleaning, demossing and removal of various forms of pollution on civil structures, infrastructure elements and bridge deck joints. On the other hand, it includes the systematic identification and reporting of identified structural damage elements, finishing layers and protection layers.
