Framework agreement for operational leasing of tractors, 2027 - 2030 The subject of the framework agreement is the determination of the conditions for issuing mini-tenders for operational leasing services of up to twenty-eight (28) tractors, specified in the procurement documentation ("ZD") and its annexes: in contract and subcontract. The subject of the mini-tenders are step-by-step operational leasing services of tractors, intended for the transport of flammable liquids (current liquid motor fuels, including biofuels) of class 3 by tank semi-trailers according to the ADR agreement, as follows from Appendix No. 3 ZD - Technical description of vehicles, where the specification of tractors and technical conditions are given.
