Framework agreement for the adaptive maintenance and development of BI systems from rbb Medienforschung. Framework agreement for operation, adaptive maintenance and development rbb - usage database The client (AG) intends to do so with this service description (LB) to commission the operation, adaptive maintenance and development of software systems for the aggregation, analysis and presentation of usage data of various rbb content and distribution channels. The software systems are described in Section 1.2 described in more detail and referred to in this service description with the collective term BI systems (Business Itelligence). The relevant BI systems are technically supported by the Media Research department. There will be a 2 between AG and AN Annual contract concluded with the option of two one-year extensions.
