Framework agreement for office and special furniture The tender includes the conclusion of a contract for the purchase and delivery of office and special furniture, including occupancy planning as required. The client intends to use it for its own use its total of 60 locations (Annex D.03C) in the Federal Republic of Germany in the state of Hesse to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase, delivery and construction of office and special furniture at the location. The scope of the The list of services (Appendix D.03A) includes a total of 157 items, which are divided as follows: 107 office and special furniture, 44 customer center furniture and 6 other furniture. The estimated annual requirement for furniture can be found in the quantity structure (Appendix D.03B). The general minimum requirements must be observed for the furniture, i.e. h. the origin of the wood (PEFC, FSC or comparable certification) and recyclability. Furthermore, the furniture must have the “Tested Safety” certificates. (TÜV tested or comparable) and “Ergonomics tested” (TÜV tested or comparable). The range to be delivered must meet all the minimum requirements specified in the list of services (Anl D.03A). In addition, plans should be made if necessary (occupancy planning).
