The program for cooperation (collaboration software) currently in use at DVZ M-V GmbH is to be replaced by suitable standard software. After an extensive market exploration, the open source software product "NextCloud Enterprise" Governance version in the Ultimate package are used.
Against this background, the framework agreement to be concluded includes the following services:
- Transfer of the Governance Enterprise version of the collaboration software NextCloud (named as NextCloud Enterprise) including right of use and enterprise Subscription for the Ultimate Package (Care/Support). The Enterprise subscription also includes the priority access to security and stability improvements
- Personal benefits for installation implementation for the productive environment of the NextCloud Enterprise Software
- Personal benefits for Installation and operating training of the NextCloud Enterprise Software
- Personnel services for setting up and carrying out tests in the test environment
