Hardware and video conferencing system Display and interactive displays Accessories The aim of this tender is to provide the meeting rooms as well as some office rooms and multi-functional rooms at the four KVBW locations in Stuttgart, Reutlingen, Karlsruhe and Freiburg to equip with modern and future-proof hardware in order to meet the increased requirements for (video) conferences. For this purpose, framework contracts are to be divided into three lots with a basic term of 24 months including two extension options of 12 to be advertised for months.
