The aim of this tender is to equip the meeting rooms as well as some office rooms and multi-functional rooms at the four KVBW locations in Stuttgart, Reutlingen, Karlsruhe and Freiburg with modern and future-proof hardware in order to meet the increased requirements for (video) conferences to do justice. For this purpose, framework contracts are to be advertised in three lots with a basic term of 24 months including two extension options of 12 months.
