The University of Leipzig intends to conclude a framework agreement for moving services - carrying, transport, moving and disposal services - both with and without the use of motor vehicles.

This service includes in particular coordination, preparation, professional transport and any subsequent work. The service can be requested both within a building and between all existing and new properties of the University of Leipzig. The services largely include the dismantling, transport and assembly of: - office furniture, office technology - file material - Furniture and equipment from meeting and social rooms - PC technology and accessories - Laboratory equipment including test setups and testing machines - Heavy and large equipment - Accessories The contractor (AN) carries out all services associated with the moves, such as: Assembly/dismantling work, Contractual work, transport of the goods to be moved, any necessary provision of machines and equipment, protective devices (securing the furniture, technology, rooms, etc.) and applying for the necessary permits independently.
