Framework agreement on molecular genetic analyzes of oral mucosal swabs, blood samples and trace carriers The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) - Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection, intends, on behalf of the Authority for the Interior and Sport, The State Criminal Police Office as the client (AG) concluded a contract for the provision of molecular genetic analyzes on oral mucosa swabs, blood samples and complex forensic evidence. The analyzes are used for law enforcement as well Danger prevention. The client is looking for a reliable, accredited service provider who guarantees extremely high processing quality, freedom from contamination and strict adherence to urgent deadlines. The order includes the logistical collection/receipt, molecular genetic preparation, DNA extraction, quantification, PCR amplification and STR typing including expert assessment and electronic transmission of findings. It is a complete order. The Framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from October 1st, 2026 to September 30th, 2027 with an annual extension option for an additional year up to a maximum term of four years (September 30th, 2030).
