Framework agreement on Microsoft licenses for the city of Leverkusen
Transfer of Microsoft licenses for purchase for the city of Leverkusen (including its own businesses). Microsoft licenses is either acquired as a new acquisition based on the existing Enterprise Agreement (EA) between the Federal Ministry of the Interior and for Home (BMI) and Microsoft in connection with the Select Plus Treaty based on this or in the case of used software licenses in accordance with the requirements Part B, Section 12.1 of the EVB-IT framework agreement. - In relation to the maximum permissible total term of the framework agreement of 4 years - quantified as follows: - Microsoft Office Standard 2024 LTSC (Article no.
