AGKAMED issues a framework agreement for the procurement of medical bath additives in the name and on behalf of the authorized member institutions named in Annex 1. Alcoholic rub AGKAMED writes in the name and for the account of member institutions named in Annex 1 have a framework agreement for the procurement of medical bath additives. The service is divided into five lots: Lot 1 - Alcoholic rub Lot 2 - Aroma bath additive Lot 3 - Ethereal oils Lot 4 - massage lotion Lot 5 - Massage Oil A framework agreement is concluded for each lot. The framework agreement has a basic term of twelve (12) months from the award of the contract and can be up to the maximum specified in the tender documents Total term can be extended through extension options. There is no entitlement to retrieval or acceptance. The quantities and configurations specified in the tender documents serve as non-binding estimates and can be changed during the contract term vary within the defined performance and option framework. A framework agreement is concluded without an obligation to purchase. The framework agreement comes with the additional option of granting all special conditions with a binding acceptance confirmation and market share regulation p. a. by the cooperation and service partners with one business partner per lot.
