Framework agreement: Maintenance of the air conditioning systems at the Lokstedt location The Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) operates various indoor air conditioning systems at its Hamburg Lokstedt locations. For maintenance and repair of these systems, the NDR intends to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator. The total performance includes the following systems: - 1300 fire dampers - 43 full air conditioning systems from different manufacturers - approx. 145 Small systems/exhaust air systems/circulating air cooling devices The subject of the service is the maintenance and inspection of the listed ventilation systems, which the contractor provides at a flat rate for the entire term.
