Framework agreement for LED floor lamps SZ1 ZDF in Mainz intends to modernize the office workplace lighting. Since the previous T5 and T8 lamps need to be replaced, a new standard is being introduced that focuses on energy-efficient LED floor lamps with innovative sensor technology. This change enables ZDF to react flexibly to the changing demands of the working world and at the same time significantly reduce energy consumption. The ZDF estimates the duration of the four-year framework agreement to obtain the following quantities. 2026: approx. 600 pieces 2027: approx. 300 pieces 2028: approx. 200 pieces 2029: approx. 200 pieces A minimum purchase of LED lights with a volume of EUR 300, 000 is bindingly guaranteed. One ZDF has no obligation to purchase anything beyond the binding minimum purchase. The contractor has no right to exhaust the estimated quantities. The maximum access volume (maximum access volume) over the four-year term of the Framework agreement amounts to EUR 1, 100, 000 ZDF in Mainz intends to modernize the office workplace lighting.
