The city of Wuppertal (client) intends to provide the employees of the core administration and its companies (building management Wuppertal (GMW), own operation street cleaning Wuppertal (ESW), children's and youth residential groups of the city of Wuppertal (KIJU), own operation Old people's and nursing homes (APH), water and wastewater Wuppertal (WAW) and Jobcenter Wuppertal) on the basis of the collective agreement on deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service (TV bicycle leasing) from October 25th 2020 in the current version (see Appendix 1) and Section 2 Paragraph 3 of the State Salary Act (LBesG NRW), to offer bicycle leasing through deferred compensation. To ensure a uniform offer, a uniform provider (lessor and Service providers with specialist dealers and insurance service providers) can be found.
