Framework agreement layout & graphics The client (AG) publishes a large number of publications in different formats and scopes. These are aimed at different target groups and are primarily digital as barrier-free online PDF documents provided. A significant portion of the publications are also distributed in printed form. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a layout or design agency for the design and implementation of publications AG according to corporate design specifications (see DGUV publication database: dguv.de/publikationen). To ensure a professional, corporate design-compliant appearance, the client is looking for an efficient layout service provider who can act as: Corporate publishing partner takes over the design and implementation of the publications. The order includes in particular the development and application of standard and creative layouts, typesetting, image editing, the creation of barrier-free PDF and Word documents as well as the provision of print-ready and open data. The annual service volume is estimated at around 7, 000 layout pages. The quantities stated are estimates and do not constitute a claim to purchase specific minimum quantities.
